- The RM23 is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps. Accurately keep track of your strokes per minute, time, distance, calories and watts with the easy-to-use performance monitor.
- Transporting and storing the RM23 is both quick and easy. It has front transport wheels and low weight frame make it easy for almost anyone to move around your home or gym. To store away between workouts simply lift the back of the rower into an upright position and place it against a wall/corner of your gym or alternatively, the RM23 can easily be broken into 2 pieces for easy storage.
- As with all Air Rowers, the damper setting (1-10) is like bicycle gearing, It affects the feel of the rower but does not directly affect the resistance. With experimentation you will find the setting that gives you the best workout results. We recommend 3-5 for the best aerobic workout. This is the setting that feels most like a sleek, fast boat on the water. Higher settings feel more like a bigger slower boat with more drag.
